Responsibilities

Your role

As a Digital Marketing Executive (m/f/d), you’ll support our team across various marketing tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This includes:

Project & Website Support

You’ll help keep internal and client projects on track and ensure website content stays up to date using modern CMS tools.

Social Media Scheduling & Content Creation

You’ll assist in planning posts, preparing visuals and captions, and keeping an eye on current formats and trends.

Ad Setup, Monitoring & Reporting

You’ll support campaign setups (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), monitor performance and assist in compiling reports.

Working with Smart Tools

From Notion and ClickUp to ChatGPT, Canva and GA4 – you’ll use the right tools to stay efficient and organised.

Attention to Detail & Quality Support

You’ll help ensure our work is polished and consistent, with an eye for brand alignment and execution.

Profile

That's you

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency and/or B2B preferred)
  • A tech-savvy mindset and confidence using tools
  • Reliability & a structured work approach
  • Strong communication skills in English – German is a plus
  • A sharp eye for detail – and the drive to get things done right
