Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Your role

As a Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll be the link between clients, team, and execution.

 

You’ll take care of:

 

Client & project management

You’ll handle your own B2B client portfolio, align with internal teams, and keep communication clear and proactive.

 

Social media marketing

You’ll develop concepts, plan content, and give creative direction for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok & more.

 

Ads, analysis & optimisation

You’ll run campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), monitor performance, and optimise based on results.

 

Tools & automation

From Notion and ClickUp to ChatGPT, GA4 and Canva – you’ll work with the right tools and contribute to smarter processes.

 

Creative input & quality control

You’ll bring ideas to the table, spot opportunities, and make sure the outcome is high-quality and on point.

Profile

That's you

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency and/or B2B preferred)
  • A tech-savvy mindset and confidence using tools
  • Great organisational skills and a calm, focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills in English – German is a plus
  • A sharp eye for detail and client needs
