Responsibilities

Your role

  • Website Support: Make updates and adjustments to client websites using intuitive tools (no coding experience needed).
  • Social Media Management:
    • Create and schedule content for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
    • Research trends and propose fresh ideas for social media campaigns.
    • Monitor engagement and suggest improvements for performance.
  • Content Creation: Assist with creating blog posts, marketing materials, email campaigns, and other digital content.
  • Marketing Execution: Help implement and track marketing strategies for both Brixon and our clients, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Client Support: Work alongside the team to fulfill client requests, coordinate with designers or developers, and ensure all deliverables meet expectations.
  • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest in digital marketing and social media to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Profile

That's you

We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, hands-on, and ready to learn. You don’t need to be an expert—just bring enthusiasm and a willingness to take on challenges.

  • Passion for Marketing: You’re genuinely interested in digital marketing and want to learn more about how it works in the B2B space.
  • Social Media Enthusiast: Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and excitement for exploring trends and strategies.
  • Creativity: You love coming up with ideas, writing posts, or crafting visuals that grab attention.
  • Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks and keep everything on track.
  • Communication Skills: You can collaborate with teammates and convey your ideas effectively.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using basic tools like Canva, social media schedulers (e.g., Buffer or Hootsuite), and Google Workspace.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German or English (both is a bonus).
