Project & Account Manager

Responsibilities

Your role

  • Project Management:Oversee and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, using tools like ClickUp and Notion to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery. You’ll keep priorities clear, anticipate roadblocks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Client Relationships:Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. You’ll understand their challenges, goals, and businesses better than anyone else, positioning yourself as their go-to advisor.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and produce measurable results.
  • Sales Enablement:Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities with existing clients, prepare proposals, and participate in client pitches. Your ability to build trust and convey value will be key in expanding client accounts.
  • Cross-Team Coordination:Act as the link between clients, designers, developers, and external partners. You’ll ensure seamless communication, align expectations, and bring clarity to every step of the process.
  • Occasional Travel:Visit clients for important project milestones, workshops, or strategy sessions to strengthen relationships and deliver added value.

  • A Strategic Thinker:You’re not just a task manager—you understand the big picture. You know how to align projects with client goals and see opportunities for growth along the way.
  • A Skilled Communicator:You have a knack for connecting with people, whether it’s earning client trust, motivating teams, or resolving conflicts diplomatically. You’re fluent in German and English—both written and spoken.
  • Experienced in Marketing & Sales:You have 3+ years of experience in project/account management, ideally in a digital agency or B2B environment. You understand marketing funnels, campaign strategies, and how to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • An Organizational Pro:Multitasking is second nature to you. You’re detail-oriented, thrive under pressure, and can manage complex projects without missing a beat.
  • Client-Centric:You’re deeply invested in understanding client needs and delivering value that exceeds expectations. You have a “whatever-it-takes” attitude to ensure client success.
