About this role
Most internships go like this: you sit in an open-plan office, doing support work for people who don't have time to explain anything, and after six months you've got a line on your CV - but you haven't really learned a thing.
Here it's different. You're creating content for real clients from day one. Your own video concepts, your own execution, real results.
Concept and Production
You develop video ideas for our B2B clients - from the first sketch to the finished clip. Your main tool: your smartphone. We don't believe in overproduced content. We believe in content that works.
Platform Know-How
You adapt content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram - not just uploading the same video three times, but actually understanding what works where and why.
Analysis and Optimization
You look at what's performing and what isn't. Read the numbers, spot the patterns, make it better. No gut-feel decisions - data-driven improvement.
Keeping Up With Trends
You know what's happening on social media before everyone else does. Not because you scroll all day, but because you have a real sense of what's about to matter.
What you should bring
- You can tell a story. Whether in 15 seconds or 10 minutes - you get to the point
- Social media isn't new territory for you. You understand how platforms work
- You finish things. Ship it, test it, improve it
- You can stay organized. Multiple projects at once, deadlines met
- You think analytically. Views and likes are nice, but you want to know what's actually behind them
- Fluent German. Basic English for our international team
- 4 to 12 months in Malta - not a quick visit, but properly diving in
What we offer
Direct mentoring from the founder. Christoph works with you directly. Not an intern supervisor who's only been here three months themselves.
Shared accommodation. You don't have to find an apartment in Malta - we sort it out.
MacBook and stipend. Work equipment and a monthly payment are a given.
Flexible hours. We measure results, not attendance. Hybrid means: you're there when it makes sense.
Malta. 300 days of sun, the Mediterranean, short distances, international environment.
