About this role
From day one, you produce content for real clients.
Concept and production
You develop video ideas for B2B clients – from first sketch to finished clip.
Platform know-how
You adapt content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram – understanding what works where and why.
Analysis and optimisation
You analyse what performs and what doesn't. Read numbers, spot patterns, improve.
Requirements
What you should bring
- You can tell stories – in 15 seconds or 10 minutes
- Social media is not new territory for you
- You ship things – publish, test, improve
- You think analytically
- Fluent English. German is a plus.
- Available 4 to 12 months in Malta.
