AI & IT Process Engineer
You come from IT but already use Claude Code or other agent systems daily? Here you build AI infrastructure, automate processes, and shape how systems work together.
About this role
Short and honest
If you come from IT, you know the drill: keep systems running, maintain infrastructure, process tickets. At Brixon, it's different. Here you don't just build infrastructure – you shape how our entire technical landscape works. And a big part of that is AI.
Our workflows run on n8n, our development on Claude Code, our AI agents handle tasks autonomously. The infrastructure behind it – Cloudflare, Vercel, Neon, MCP servers – needs someone to build, secure, and evolve it. Someone who understands IT AND already uses AI in their daily work.
This is not an administrative role. It's a creative one.
Infrastructure & security
Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, Workers, Pages, Zero Trust), Vercel deployments, Neon databases, domain management, SSL, email routing – you make sure our infrastructure is secure, performant, and properly configured.
AI operations & agent team
You help build and operate our AI agent team: configure MCP servers, set up agent workflows, provide hosting environments, set up monitoring. Tools like Claude Code, OpenClaw, and custom agent setups are part of your toolkit.
Automation & processes
n8n workflows, CRM integrations (Attio), email systems (Brevo), API orchestrations – you build the infrastructure behind our revenue systems. If a process currently runs on verbal agreements, you turn it into a system.
Vibe coding & web development
You use AI-powered coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code to build websites and landing pages. Next.js and Payload CMS are our stack. You don't need to be a frontend developer – but you understand how deployments, hosting, and the tech stack behind it work.
Client projects
Direct collaboration with B2B clients in tech, professional services, and industry. You build them the same systems that work for us internally.
What you should bring
- You already use AI tools regularly. In your current job or in your spare time, you work with Claude Code, Cursor, or agent systems like OpenClaw. This is not a nice-to-have – it's a requirement.
- Solid IT knowledge. DNS, SSL, web hosting, serverless architectures, security basics. Cloudflare experience is a big plus.
- Automation experience. n8n, Make, or comparable. You understand the logic and can build complex workflows.
- Process understanding. You don't just think "system is running" but "system runs correctly because the process behind it is right". That's what sets you apart from a classic admin.
- Modern web stacks. Vercel, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, databases – you don't need to be a full-stack dev, but you know how these systems are deployed and maintained.
- API and integration understanding. REST, webhooks, OAuth – you can connect systems.
- You stay current. Especially in AI, things move fast. You know that and keep up.
- Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
University, bootcamp, self-taught – doesn't matter. What matters: demonstrable IT experience and a real, regular hands-on practice with AI tools.
