About this role
Most marketing internships go like this: you sort files, sit in meetings that have nothing to do with you, and after six months you've learned how the coffee machine works. Not here. Here you build campaigns, write content that actually goes live, and check the numbers the next day.
You work directly with the founder on real projects for B2B clients. No sandbox, no "intern project" tucked away in a corner. What you make goes out.
What that looks like in practice:
- You manage and update our website - not just fixing typos, but building and improving pages
- You plan and create social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook - with your own voice
- You write blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials that people actually read
- You execute marketing strategies and track what works and what doesn't
- You research trends and bring your own ideas - we listen
- You coordinate with our design and development team and learn how the pieces fit together
After a few months here, you'll understand how digital marketing actually works. Not from a textbook - because you've done it yourself.
What you should bring
- You're genuinely interested in digital marketing - not just looking for a box to check
- You know your way around social media platforms and have a feel for what works there
- You can express yourself - in writing and in conversation, fluent in German. English is a plus
- You're organized enough to keep multiple tasks moving at the same time
- You have basic familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or similar
- You can come to Malta for 4 to 12 months
What you don't need: a perfect CV, three years of experience, or a finished degree. If you're motivated and you learn fast, you'll fit right in.
