About this role
Short and honest
This is not a typical IT role. We're not looking for a Microsoft Azure administrator or someone who manages VMware clusters. We need someone who understands, runs, and evolves our AI and web infrastructure.
You need to know what a context window is. Why token limits matter when you architect agent workflows. How MCP servers work. How to integrate Claude Code into CI/CD pipelines. How Cloudflare Workers, Vercel deployments, and Neon databases fit together.
Our entire toolchain is web- and AI-based. No on-premise, no Active Directory, no ticket systems from the 2000s. If that sounds good, keep reading.

Infrastructure & security
Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, Workers, Pages, Zero Trust), Vercel deployments, Neon databases, domain management, SSL, email routing. You make sure everything runs securely and is configured properly. New client project going live? Infrastructure is ready. Security issue? You see it first.
AI infrastructure & operations
This is where it gets specific: you understand how AI models work – context windows, token limits, prompt architectures. You administer our MCP servers, configure agent workflows, set up monitoring. Logging, alerting, fallback processes – you make sure our agents run reliably, not just somehow. Claude Code, OpenClaw, and custom setups are your toolkit.
Automation & processes
n8n workflows, CRM (Attio), email systems (Brevo), API connections. You build the technical infrastructure behind our revenue systems. And you think beyond classic admin: not just "is the system running?" but "is the process behind it right?"
Web development
You build websites and landing pages with Claude Code. Next.js, Payload CMS – our stack. You don't need to be a frontend developer, but you understand the entire chain from code to deployment and can debug problems anywhere in it.
Client projects
For B2B clients in tech, professional services, and industry, you build the same systems that work internally – with the same quality standards for infrastructure.
What you should bring
- AI enthusiast with depth. You don't just use AI tools – you understand how they work under the hood. Context windows, token limits, model selection – not foreign concepts to you.
- Proven IT experience. This is not an entry-level position. You've operated, configured, and secured web infrastructure before.
- Web and cloud stacks. Cloudflare, Vercel, GitHub, CI/CD, databases. You know how modern web infrastructure is deployed and maintained.
- Automation. n8n, Make, or comparable. Complex workflows are your daily business.
- APIs and integrations. REST, webhooks, OAuth – you connect systems that didn't work together before.
- Hands-on. You're not an architect who only draws diagrams. You build, configure, debug. Yourself.
- You keep up. AI moves fast. You know that and you stay on it.
- Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
Important: we're not looking for a classic sysadmin. No Windows servers, no Azure, no VMware. Our world is web, cloud, and AI.
