Most video interns edit. You produce.
At most internships, you're one piece of the puzzle: you get raw footage, you cut to the brief, you deliver. Maybe they let you shoot some B-roll.
Here it's different. You own the entire production process - from the first idea to the finished video. Pre-production, production, post-production. Not a fragment of it - the whole thing.
You work directly with Christoph, the founder of Brixon Group. No layer between you. You're at the table when concepts are being developed, and you're behind the camera when it's time to shoot.
Pre-Production
- Develop video concepts that fit our B2B clients
- Create storyboards and shot lists
- Scout locations
Production
- Execute shoots independently
- Set up and optimize lighting and audio
- Direct on set - including talking-head formats
Post-Production
- Edit, color grade, and clean up audio
- Format content for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Develop thumbnails and visual hooks
What you should bring
- You've worked with DSLR or mirrorless cameras - not just a smartphone
- You understand how light and composition work
- Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut
- You know how YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram work - and what actually performs there
- You care not just about filming, but about why a video does or doesn't perform
- Fluent German, solid English
- Available to be in Malta for 4 to 12 months
Not required, but a bonus: Experience with motion graphics, After Effects, or drone footage.
