AI Operator Internship

Most people talk about AI. You've already built something with it. Maybe an n8n workflow that saves half a workday per week. Maybe an automation connecting two systems that didn't talk to each other before. Maybe you've used Cursor or Claude Code to build a website without writing every line yourself.

Your role

Brixon Group also includes Brixon AI – our sister brand that implements AI solutions directly in companies. As an Anthropic Partner, we actively shape how companies work with AI. You'll work across both brands.

You build systems that make processes faster, better, and more reliable – for us internally and for our B2B clients. This is not a pure developer role. You don't need ten years of coding experience. But you need to understand how digital systems connect and be able to wire them together.

What you'll work with:

Vibe coding & AI-powered development – you use tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code to build websites, landing pages, and prototypes. Next.js and Payload CMS are our stack. You don't write every line yourself, but you understand what the code does – and you make sure the result works and converts.

Automations – n8n workflows, API integrations, CRM connections. You connect systems and automate processes that used to run manually. A lead comes in through a form, gets qualified, lands in the CRM, triggers an email – you build that.

AI agents & operations – you help us build our AI agent team: specialised agents that independently research, process data, or create content. You configure MCP servers, set up agent workflows, and learn how AI infrastructure works in a production environment.

The honest part

This is not an internship where you watch someone else work. You build systems that need to function. That's demanding at times. In return, after 4–12 months you'll have a portfolio most people don't build in years – and an understanding of AI processes that puts you ahead of 99% of applicants out there.
