You build automations, connect systems, and make AI tools productive – for us internally and for our B2B clients. Not a pure coding role.

Your role
You build systems that make processes faster, better, and more reliable. Not a pure developer role.
What you'll work with:
Vibe coding & AI-powered development – Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code for websites and prototypes.
Automations – n8n workflows, API integrations, CRM connections.
AI tools in daily work – ChatGPT, Claude, OpenClaw.
You'll help build and operate our AI agent team.
The honest part
This is not an internship where you watch. You build systems that need to function.
What you should bring
- You've built something with AI tools – not just typed prompts.
- Experience with automations: n8n, Make, Zapier.
- Solid technical understanding. Coding is a plus, not a requirement.
- You follow AI developments actively.
- Available 4 to 12 months in Malta.
- Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
